My Next Chapter is a personal and professional development programme working with individuals and organisations thinking and planning for what’s next. The choices we make are hugely important with the potential to impact for many years to come and now the stakes are even higher.
My Next Chapter provides space to look at a wider view, helping to achieve clarity, set intentions and create a plan to deliver them. We create a safe space which allows you to ask yourself some hard questions. We work in a fun and engaging way providing not only an environment where people are able to be open and challenge and listen to each other, but also one where there is fun and laughter in the room. The sessions draw on thinking and theories from positive psychology, philosophy, resilience, and emotional intelligence and use a coaching based approach to facilitation.
